I offer short, medium and long term psychotherapy and counselling services for individuals. I have undertaken extensive training in emotionally focused therapy. I have also undertaken extensive training and supervision in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapeutic model. I have a particular interest in treating complex trauma.

For many years, my passion in social justice and equality has driven me to actively engage in health promotion and education in the community.
