My own experience of transformation through Gestalt Therapy.

Gestalt dialogue: I engage in open and honest dialogue with clients, encouraging them to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in the present moment.
Empty chair technique: Clients engage in dialogue with an empty chair, representing an aspect of themselves, another person, or a situation, to gain insight and resolution.
Exaggeration: Clients are encouraged to exaggerate gestures, expressions, or behaviors to become more aware of their feelings and underlying emotions.
Role-playing: Clients explore different roles or perspectives within a situation to gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.
Awareness exercises: These may include focusing on bodily sensations, breathing patterns, or exploring sensory experiences to increase present-moment awareness.
