I first started practicing psychology in 2005 and worked in a broad range of health care settings. In my own private practice I work predominantly as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, and also use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) where appropriate, or where people want a more rapid and focused therapy.

I have specialised across my career in trauma recovery, mental health recovery, attachment, eating disorders, parenting and perinatal mental health, workplace mental health and recovery from burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. My approach is client centred, and recovery oriented.
