Sandra Kimball is a counsellor and meditation teacher dedicated to helping you live with a deep and clear sense of purpose and to be more open, compassionate and connected to others. Sandra partners with her clients to clarify their vision and develop skills to maintain emotional balance, surrender old limitations, enliven relationships, and unlock new life options.
Background
Sandra has been working in the mental health field for 25 years as a therapist, writer, educator, speaker and meditation teacher. During her career, she has developed stress management programs for an international corporation, worked with the homeless and kids at risk, created an innovative meditation program for those in addiction recovery and has been a research team member on a project sponsored by the Japanese government.
Services
Sandra offers individual counselling sessions, and a unique, personalised meditation program . Sandra has extensive experience in counselling the international expatriate community throughout Asia by telephone or on skype. She is the leading provider of mental health solutions for people who have busy lives and want to work in the privacy of their home or office at times convenient for them. Face to face sessions are available in Northern New South Wales.
