I provide counselling to individuals and couples. I have specialised across my career in trauma recovery, mental health recovery, attachment, eating disorders, parenting and perinatal mental health, workplace mental health and recovery from burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. My approach is client centred, and recovery oriented.
