As a counsellor, psychotherapist, meditation trainer, mentor and leadership coach, I specialize in trauma-related presentations including addiction, dissociation, developmental trauma and attachment issues, gender and sexuality identity, depression and anxiety, spiritual emergence, life transitions, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

I offer short, medium and long term psychotherapy and counselling services for individuals. I have undertaken extensive training in emotionally focused therapy. I have also undertaken extensive training and supervision in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapeutic model. I have a particular interest in treating complex trauma.

I started my path training as a counsellor in 2000 and have interwoven this with various studies of Mindfulness, Meditation and Qigong which have both benefited myself and my clients. I love to travel and explore both the internal and external world and facilitate Women's Wellness Retreats worldwide.
