I am a sensitive, flexible, dynamic and experienced therapist. I consult with adults with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief and loss, trauma, burnout, crisis and identity issues. I specialise in depth approaches including IFS, trauma work, transpersonal work, LGBTQIA+ health, and work with creative and highly sensitive people.

As a client-centred therapist, my focus is on helping my clients to become the person they'd like to become, to achieve their goals and to overcome any past hurts or current challenges. I have trained in many modalities, including CBT, ACT, Gestalt psychology, hypnotherapy, existentialist therapy - and my approach is collaborative and integrative.
