I am a trauma-informed Somatic Psychotherapist specialising in anxiety, relationships, attachment trauma, developmental trauma, infidelity, divorce, ENM, sex/sexuality, fantasies, fetishes and kinks. I provide a warm and inviting, non-judgmental and open-minded space to unravel the complexities of life and support the awareness needed for change.

I offer short, medium and long term psychotherapy and counselling services for individuals. I have undertaken extensive training in emotionally focused therapy. I have also undertaken extensive training and supervision in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapeutic model. I have a particular interest in treating complex trauma.

I started my path training as a counsellor in 2000 and have interwoven this with various studies of Mindfulness, Meditation and Qigong which have both benefited myself and my clients. I love to travel and explore both the internal and external world and facilitate Women's Wellness Retreats worldwide.
