I have extensive clinical experience in helping people affected by complex trauma, addictions, life transitions, anxiety and depression, relationship and sex-related issues. For many years, my passion in social justice and equality has driven me to actively engage in health promotion and education in the community.

I work in a trauma-informed and client-led manner, I'm down to earth and kind, but direct when needed. I love to laugh, and enjoy the sense of achievement that comes with making progress & reaching goals!
