The clients I see are men with varied concerns, needs and experiences, including those who struggle with relationships, intimacy, work-life balance, communication, sexual identity and more. I predominantly work with Men who identify as ‘gay, queer, straight, bisexual and non-binary’, have sex with other men and identify as straight.

I help individuals, couples, and families overcome their mental health and relationship challenges, using evidence-bases psychotherapy. I'm a specialist in brief therapy models that generate significant improvement in my clients thoughts, emotions, and behaviours within 1-5 sessions.
