I have trained in many modalities, including CBT, ACT, Gestalt psychology, hypnotherapy, existentialist therapy - and my approach is collaborative and integrative.

I am a sensitive, flexible, dynamic and experienced therapist. I consult with adults with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief and loss, trauma, burnout, crisis and identity issues. I specialise in depth approaches including IFS, trauma work, transpersonal work, LGBTQIA+ health, and work with creative and highly sensitive people.
