Estelle is a Clinical Psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, & Neuro-Affective Touch Foundation Graduate - working with the body’s intelligence to resolve trauma, shock and chronic stress.

Background

Estelle has over 25 years experience in varied & dynamic roles, delivering trauma informed psychotherapy and training. For many years Estelle has worked in private practice, and alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people travelling from South Australia, to the Gulf, FNQ, and throughout Victoria.

Therapy Approach

Estelle is a Clinical Psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner & NeuroAffective Touch Foundation Graduate - working with the body’s intelligence to resolve trauma, shock & chronic stress.

She is a PACFA accredited Clinical Supervisor and holds a Clinical Master’s Degree in Mental Health Sciences, Flinders Dept of Psychiatry.

Estelle’s initial training was in dual diagnosis inpatient treatment (substance use & complex trauma) and she is currently training in Structural & Systemic Constellations work, supporting reorganisation and addressing the inter-generational transmission of trauma through the ancestral lineage.

Estelle is curious about the interplay between ancient wisdoms and modern scientific findings.
