Estelle is a Clinical Psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, & Neuro-Affective Touch Foundation Graduate - working with the body’s intelligence to resolve trauma, shock and chronic stress.

Background

Estelle has over 20 years experience in varied & dynamic roles, delivering trauma informed psychotherapy and training. For many years Estelle has worked in private practice, and alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people travelling from South Australia, to the Gulf, FNQ, and throughout Victoria.
