In addition to my training, I bring life experience into my practice that helps clients recognise their own abilities and build confidence. Insight, and humour play a big part in my work with clients.

Christina has an interest in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma and other complex problems. As part of her current Doctoral studies she is interested in how changing technologies are impacting upon adolescence in a dynamic and changing world. As part of this research she is working with adolescents, parents and educators.
