I work with individual clients, to address grief and bereavement, anxiety and depression, stress, trauma, relationships and existential crisis. I seek to enhance an individual's connection with their inner world through client-centred, holistic approaches. I am passionate about providing personalised, compassionate and effective care.

PHILLIP ACT

No single approach fits everyone; this is why I draw on a variety of theories and tools to support your individual needs. I work in a holistic and non-pathologising way. My therapeutic practice is informed by Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Self Psychology.

Phillip ACT

I believe therapy is most effective within a warm, trusting relationship with a genuinely caring counsellor. I work with adults and teens (16+), utilising evidence based, integrative tools and therapies. My holistic approach supports you in understanding your experiences, overcoming barriers, and empowering you towards a fulfilling life.
