I am a relationship coach, counsellor and psychotherapist with over 30 years experience in helping people develop successful relationships. I work online and in the Blue Mountains, NSW 70kms outside of Sydney. Since 1981 I have provided relationship coaching to help people resolve painful relationship issues. I am also an accredited sex therapist.

My work is informed by my training in The Conversational Model - a Psychodynamic approach to Psychotherapy, as well as Person Centered approaches, and Systemic Couples and Family Therapy. I also have an understanding of Trauma Theory, and the way that traumatic experiences can effect people's ongoing experiences and functioning in life.
