I have always been drawn to helping people and therefore I gravitated to Psychology. I thoroughly enjoy what I do - assisting clients through difficult times and helping them live out their potential.

Healing individuals who have experienced trauma and adverse life experiences.

I draw from a range of modalities including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, Process-oriented therapies and Ego-State Therapy for childhood trauma.

This varies, depending on the severity of the issues and how long a person has been struggling with their issues. Generally you can start to feel shifts after 4-6 sessions. Roughly individuals will attend for min 10 sessions. With singular trauma experiences using EMDR, significant shifts can be experienced after 4 sessions.
