Merle collaborates with service providers, teams, organisations and communities working at the intersection of trauma recovery, healing and justice. Offerings include wellbeing support, skill building and capacity building. For example through debriefing, clinical supervision, training, facilitation, program consultancy and bespoke Employee Assistance Programs.
Background
As an independent practitioner, Merle interweaves experience from service delivery, management, consultancy, executive, board and volunteering roles. This spans multiple sectors including government, mental health, social justice, human rights, legal, education, community, technology and professional services.
She has worked alongside people and communities with diverse cultural and lived experiences. For example, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, asylum seekers and refugees, women subjected to violence, adults who experienced complex childhood trauma, people impacted by the climate crisis.
This multifaceted experience enables insightful tailored responses and support for diverse contexts and needs.
