Merle is an independent practitioner who collaborates with service providers, teams, organisations and communities working at the intersection of trauma recovery, healing and justice. Offerings include wellbeing support, skill building and capacity building. For example through debriefing, supervision, training, facilitation, program consultancy and bespoke Employee Assistance Programs.
Background
Merle interweaves multifaceted management, service delivery, consultancy, executive, board and volunteering experience spanning diverse sectors - government, mental health, social justice, human rights, legal and justice, education, community, technology and professional services.
She has worked alongside people, organisations and communities with diverse needs, cultures and lived experiences. For example, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, asylum seekers and refugees, women subjected to violence, adults healing from complex childhood trauma, organisations implementing redress and reparations programs, communities impacted by the climate crisis.
