Hello, thank you for reading. My name is Kelvin and I came into the counselling profession somewhat unorthodoxly. With 15 years of experience in mining and construction, I embarked on a transformative journey into the therapeutic field, fuelled by a desire to support others. Along the way, I earned a Master of Counselling, a Bachelor of Psychology and a Certification in Hypnotherapy. Today, my practice flourishes with a holistic, client-centred approach that incorporates the experiences and dreams of each person I work with. My diverse professional background enriches my ability to connect with clients on a personal level, allowing me to provide tailored support for their journeys. When I'm not working, I enjoy quiet moments with a good book, embrace mindfulness practices that enhance my well-being, and enjoy quality time with my family. I look forward to the opportunity to connect and support you on your path!

Background

Before pursuing my studies, I worked as a tradesman in the mining and construction industries. While working in the mines, I realised I wanted to support others in a counselling role. Coupled with over ten years of experience in mediation, I now believe this background shapes my approach to therapy. I am also inspired by various authors, including Joe Dispenza, Eckhart Tolle, Michael Singer, and Rudolf Steiner, whose teachings further guide my practice.
