My training and experience in health started from a medical paradigm which over time felt limiting. I was drawn to individual holistic work which led me to training in naturopathy and body work. After many years working as a naturopath and also undertaking my own psychotherapy I became drawn to working more deeply with clients and their health presentations. In some ways I came full circle as it was always the healing power of the relationship between myself and my patients/clients that I valued even within the medical paradigm.
