Philosophy & Vision
Jennifer believes that therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. No two women share the same story, and healing looks different for everyone. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, Jennifer integrates techniques from a variety of evidence-based therapies to create a personalized, collaborative experience.
At the heart of Jennifer’s practice is the understanding that real change happens in the context of safety, trust, and connection. Her role is not to dictate solutions but to walk alongside each client, helping them uncover their strengths, develop self-compassion, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Background
Jennifer’s career, like that of many women, has been shaped by twists, turns, and periods of change. At its core, however, her journey has always been driven by a deep commitment to helping others. From volunteering with Lifeline to supporting homeless women in refuges and drop-in centers, teaching university students, and researching doctor-patient communication and the quality of life of cancer patients, her work has spanned multiple areas of psychological care. Over the years, this dedication has evolved into a career focused on supporting women through some of life’s most challenging transitions, offering a compassionate, evidence-based approach to healing and growth.
