I’m passionate about helping people navigate the challenges in their relationships, whether it's conflict, communication, or emotional disconnection. I work with couples and families who are looking to build healthier, more meaningful connections. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, which focus on creating deeper understanding and connection between partners. Whether you're newly together or have been in a relationship for years, I’m here to guide you in overcoming struggles, building trust, and finding a way forward. Background

I have a diverse background with experience working with women affected by domestic violence, seniors in aged care, mothers navigating parenting challenges. In addition, I spent time working in a family-run country-style motel business. I hold a diploma in professional writing and editing (TAFE) and have a genuine passion for supporting individuals and families through difficult times. My varied experiences have shaped my holistic approach to therapy, allowing me to offer valuable insights into relationship and personal struggles
