Philosophy & Vision
In times of discomfort or distress of being with oneself and others, we need a starting point, a beginning of hope. This can be the beginning of further opening up of possibilities to find peace and freedom with oneself and the world.
I offer to accompany and support you in this sometimes challenging discovery of the potential you carry within. To support you in believing that you CAN find a safe and comfortable place with yourself and others.

I have acquired my clinical experience over sixteen years of clinical practice as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I have worked in generalised private practice and various mental health areas, with clientele affected by intrapersonal and interpersonal / relationship issues, interpersonal and developmental trauma (sexual assault, abuse and neglect), health issues, grief and loss and life transition difficulties. I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples, adults and adolescents with various presentations, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, PTSD, personality disorders and dissociation.
