Philosophy & Vision

Life can be challenging, and finding the right therapist isn't always easy.

I work with clients experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and psychosomatic pain, using a person-centred approach that honours each individual's unique journey.

I am a registered Counsellor (No. 31403) and bilingual in Farsi and English, offering support that is culturally responsive and sensitive to diverse backgrounds. I am also undergoing advanced training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy** with Mind Medicine Australia (MMA).

My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, holistic, and somatic approach, integrating a biopsychosocial-spiritual perspective to foster healing and self-awareness.
