The tools and techniques I will provide you with to improve your relationships are tools I have been perfecting in my career over many years to help people just like you. My goal for you is to have practical strategies you can use at any time, no matter what is going on in your relationship. I am direct, solution-focussed, and collaborative in my approach.

Background

I have been working as a family/relationship counsellor and music therapist for over twenty years. I draw on current theory and research about the neurobiological effects of trauma to assist relationship recovery. My professional mission is to heal the effects of trauma on body, mind and relationships. I also offer professional supervision, training and support to counsellors and therapists working with traumatised children, young people, couples and families.
