My professional approach is designed to support each individual to build the confidence and capacity to manage the transitions & challenges experienced across the lifespan, such as a family breakdown, serious illness or loss, feeling stuck and not knowing how to move forward - or just going through a difficult time.
I work from an Integrated Psychodynamic perspective drawing on a range of frameworks honed over more than 25 years experience. Which means I am interested in establishing a deep, respectful relationship with each person. Taking an active interest in each individual's life history & lived experience, working collaboratively towards relief from symptoms & the resolution of problematic patterns.

I work from a Integrated Cognitive-Psychodynamic Perspective. In the course of individual counselling therapy I draw on a wide range of areas in which I have experience and training including: Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytic, Trauma Recovery, Mental Health Recovery, Supportive Psychotherapy & Family systems.
