My therapeutic work is informed by my professional training and clinical experience, my previous work experience in urban and remote community development, social justice advocacy, creative arts, as well as my experience in culture, community and as a mother.

I seek to create a space for us to imagine a better you. I use the word 'imagine' because for me it evokes a sense of hope, creativity, and playfulness.
