I see a diverse range of clients, particularly from the LGBTQI+ community. My practice is located in close to Kings Cross station.

My goal is to guide and support you through the challenges that you currently face so you can be more at ease with emotions that previously distressed or scared you, let go of self-limiting beliefs or behaviours, have more choice and make decisions with clarity and ultimately access increased energy so that you can have the relationships you want.

My training is in relational psychotherapy which allows me to work flexibly either problem solving a specific issue or more deeply depending on your needs. Working with couples, I use an integration of the Gottman Method (evidence-based, practical and highly effective) and psychoanalytic couples therapy for working at depth.
