My therapeutic work is informed by my professional training and clinical experience, my previous work experience in urban and remote community development, social justice advocacy, creative arts, as well as my experience in culture, community and as a mother.

The first steps to change come from imagining them. I believe anyone can create a better self for themselves and would love to work alongside you on that journey.

My training is in relational psychotherapy which allows me to work flexibly either problem solving a specific issue or more deeply depending on your needs. Working with couples, I use an integration of the Gottman Method (evidence-based, practical and highly effective) and psychoanalytic couples therapy for working at depth.
