Nicole is a specialist trauma counsellor and somatic psychotherapist. Her approach involves combining traditional talk therapies and somatic experiencing which is a body oriented approach to healing trauma and chronic stress conditions. She works with adults treating symptoms of chronic stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD and developmental trauma.
