My interest and passion for counselling started with my own therapy so I understand first hand how hard it is to open up to someone and share your worries and fears. My focus is on keeping you grounded and safe. Having enjoyed a diverse career from teaching to the corporate sector, I have seen how the pressures of life can effect us.
