My desire to support others in their life journey, together with a need to work through personal struggles led me to further studies in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I fully support a holistic approach to working with each individual and respect the inner wisdom and strength within each person.

With a special interest in the field of complex trauma and neuro divergent ways of being, my practice embraces cultural and psychological diversity.
