I value the opportunity to work alongside families to bring about change, and support their children and adolescents to manage the difficulties they are experiencing. I take a family based approach, where parents and caregivers are actively involved. I am committed to evidence-based clinical practice.

Chris practices humanistic counselling, focusing on the individual's life pathway thus far and their current emotional state. His main therapeutic orientation is cognitive-behavioural. Chris has a particular interest in working with adolescents with eating disorders. He has authored research articles and presented at conferences on this topic.
