I was self-employed in an arts-based career before deciding to change direction at the age of 50. My own psychotherapy had already profoundly changed my life and I couldn't think of a more important or meaningful occupation to pursue. Personal growth is both anxiety arousing and exciting; it is also necessary for our mental health.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process in which a cornerstone of the experience is in the relationship. At a foundation level, I work from a humanistic, trauma-informed, and relational framework. I am an integrative therapist that draws on a diverse range of modalities and approaches depending on the individual person.
