I hold a space for the whole person, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, who they are and how they see the world.

I am a PACFA qualified Gestalt psychotherapist and Sacred Circle Facilitator, however my greatest skillset comes from my lived experience. I offer a safe, personalised, relational and embodied approach to supporting women who may be experiencing a disconnect from themselves, others or their environment.
