My training is in relational psychotherapy which allows me to work flexibly either problem solving a specific issue or more deeply depending on your needs. Working with couples, I use an integration of the Gottman Method (evidence-based, practical and highly effective) and psychoanalytic couples therapy for working at depth.

I help my clients investigate the experiences that unfold in the therapy room, in the service of greater awareness. I delve below the surface, questioning areas that have become blocked, to allow the client to creatively unfold to the next step. I use dreamwork and Depth Enquiry, a powerful modality for removing long-held blocks & trauma responses.
