Anna's approach is strength-based, drawing from Attachment Theory and models such as the Circle of Security, to address social, emotional, and behavioural issues. In sessions, clients may work on emotional regulation strategies, enhancing executive functioning, developing social skills, improving impulse control and increasing self-esteem.
