I use dreamwork and Depth Enquiry, a powerful modality for removing long-held blocks & trauma responses.

My training is in relational psychotherapy which allows me to work flexibly either problem solving a specific issue or more deeply depending on your needs. Working with couples, I use an integration of the Gottman Method (evidence-based, practical and highly effective) and psychoanalytic couples therapy for working at depth.
