I work as a facilitator between the known and unknown parts present in a person. Helping to uncover personal intrinsic wisdom that is already present but not yet accessed. I have a genuine respect for the depths of human experience present in each person.

My work is informed by my training in The Conversational Model - a Psychodynamic approach to Psychotherapy, as well as Person Centered approaches, and Systemic Couples and Family Therapy. I also have an understanding of Trauma Theory, and the way that traumatic experiences can effect people's ongoing experiences and functioning in life.
