Philosophy & Vision
You're at a point where you are sick of feeling like you're on a rollercoaster that goes between anxiety and stress. You find yourself people pleasing and find it hard to say no to people. You are high achieving but still feel like something is missing. Whatever you do, it is never enough. You may set goals for yourself in some areas of your life, but procrastinate because underneath you're terrified you'll fail if you try. You sometimes feel like an imposter at work.

I want to help people to understand why they feel and behave the way they do. When people understand *why* they do something, they have the awareness and power to change things and move from just surviving, to thriving.

I feel honoured that people trust me with their deepest fears, insecurities and secrets. I love that my clients can be so vulnerable, raw and honest about what is happening for them. I feel really happy that I do what I do.

One of my favourite books in psychology is 'The Dance of Anger' by Harriet Lerner.
