Philosophy & Vision
Hello, I'm Natalie. A qualified art therapist with a practice built on a deep love of the arts and a passion for supporting others with their mental well-being. I offer you a collaborative space that focuses on creative expression, exploration of feelings, finding meaning, and deepening connection to self. My goal is to provide you with an environment where you can explore your story and move towards a new way of being in the world.
Background
My experience extends from those aged in early childhood to adulthood. I have worked with a range of individuals in private practice as well as running wellbeing groups for primary aged deaf/hard of hearing children in the schooling system.
Alongside my work as an art therapist, I also have experience within the disability sector as a support worker. My time as a support worker has afforded me a greater insight into the daily life of someone living with a disability and the support they may require.
Services
Quality Provision
I highly value continued learning and growth as a therapist which I undertake through continued professional development.
I seek clinical supervision from a registered supervisor to ensure I am offering the highest level of care for those that I work alongside.
