Philosophy & Vision

I work traditionally in the consultation room, and in the very new and innovative field of 'healing with horses' - Equine Assisted Therapy and Learning. In my practice I support people to slow down, breath, and develop awareness of emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviour that may have previously been out of awareness.
Background
I have been working in Adult Community Psychiatry, Child, Adolescent & Family Mental Health (CAMHS), and private practice as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist for over 10 years.
Services
I provide Counselling and Psychotherapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families.
Additionally I provide Equine (horse) Assisted Psychotherapy, Growth & Learning (known as EAP) for Individuals, Couples, Families, and Organisational Teams.
