Philosophy & Vision
I started Timber Therapy to provide men’s counselling and coaching in Brisbane and online for men aged 13 years and up. My service is dedicated to assisting men build, maintain, and restore their relationships, mental health, and overall well-being. Unique to my service, I use woodwork in the therapeutic process.
My practice is rooted in a strengths-based and solution-focused model, employing a versatile generalist approach. This encompasses various therapeutic modalities such as narrative, cognitive, and expressive-based therapies, while integrating theories related to attachment, social and cognitive development.
