Philosophy & Vision
I want to help people to find their inner wisdom to overcome difficulties, solve their problems and find meaning and purpose within their lives. To do this I aim to empower individuals with self-awareness and evidence-based skills to guide them towards reaching their goals. I use a range of different therapies within my practice, and I always try to offer a safe, non-judgemental space where people can feel heard, understood, and hopeful.
I work with individuals from 16 years and over, as well as with couples who want to work on improving their communication and connection in their relationship. I enjoy working with a range of issues, including anxiety, trauma and stress, depression, OCD, perfectionism, addictions and substance abuse.
Background
I have worked in Private Practice for over 10 years as a Clinical Psychologist. I have worked in both private and public hospitals treating chronic pain, addictions, chronic mood and anxiety disorders, emotional dysregulation issues, and personality disorders.
I have training and experience working with individuals, couples, and as a group therapist.
Services
I provide a quality service which is professional and personal. I work with young people from 16 years and adults on an individual basis. I also offer couples counselling.
Quality Provision
I regularly participate in professional development, and attend workshops, seminars and conferences. I engage in regular supervision to help maintain and improve my skills as a Clinical Psychologist, with the aim to continue to provide the best quality therapy to my clients.
