Maggie's Background is in self development. She has been a meditation teacher for 15 years and in more recent times she has moved into the field of counselling. She has helped people of all ages to explore their inner world and watched as they find their way towards a more fulfilling life.

She also provides mentoring to facilitate personal growth.
Sessions are collaborative and respectful.
We all get stuck sometimes, Maggie provides a space to detangle what has been tangled or confused.

Sessions can be in-person or online depending on your location.
Establishing a relationship with a counsellor you can resonate with in this moment is something that can take a lot of consideration. Research has shown that the therapeutic relationship is a highly important element in the process of change that occurs during the counselling process.
Quality Provision
Maggie is a member of the Australian Counselling Association, the organisation overseeing counsellors in Australia. She was trained by the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors. Each year counsellors are required to undertake 25 hours of professional training. In addition to this, this year, Maggie is training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Over the last two years she has also undertaken formal training in Mindfulness and Compassion with the Insight Meditation Institute.
