Having navigated a number of difficult life situations myself, I have developed strong empathy and passion for supporting others.

Client centred approach -
As a transpersonal therapist I am passionate helping people to reconnect with their authentic selves where I believe the healing lies.
-
The transpersonal approach uses different techniques to work with the subconscious.
I am specialised in art therapy but I also integrate guided meditations and gentle breathwork in my sessions. -
Every individual is different but to generalise, 10 sessions is recommended for a long lasting change. However the clients start seeing the benefits from the second session onwards.
-
I have uncovered my main blind spots and also triggers. I have refined my coping and self-regulation skills. And this has enabled to show up in a much better way with my friends, family and my community.
-
I love connecting with people from different walks of life and being able to support them through difficult situations has been incredibly rewarding for me.
-
I certainly do. But I have number of different techniques and rituals to 'put my hair back in the place' and always ensure I show up as my best for my clients.
-
I believe the biggest issue at the moment is the toxic elements of our culture, too much screen time and lack of real connection and healthy communities.
