Philosophy & Vision

I love working together with clients developing strategies to help prevent unnecessary stress, anxiety, anger and learning how to respond to them as they come up creating more ease and confidence in life.

I also love working with couples assisting them to get through current challenges, infidelity, perpetual problems and all of the other things that go along with being in a relationship with someone.

Therapy Approach

My approach is an integrative style of counselling depending on my clients needs at the time. I tend to be an involved counsellor working together with you but can absolutely just be a shoulder for you if you just need someone to talk to.

My approach is a combination of IFS, CBT, ACT, Time Line Therapy, Solution Focused Based Therapy and Mindfulness Based techniques. I have completed Level 1 in Gottman Method Couples Therapy & use the Gottman Method in my practice. I have a strong background of 30 years in health & well being that I incorporate into my sessions where needed.

Fees & Insurance

My fees are $220 per hour including GST for individuals and $250 for couples.
I do have a sliding scale depending upon your personal situation. Please feel free to reach out to discuss.

Payment Options

Bank transfer or cash prior to session.
I do not have eftpos facilities.
