Philosophy & Vision
Lee works with a range of different mental health conditions such as anxiety, social anxiety, Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), autism, trauma, psychosis and depression. Lee has worked across both public and private settings.
Lee takes onboard how sometimes deciding to go to therapy for some people can be an overwhelming experience. He believes that mental health improvements are based upon an authentic connection between both the psychologist and client.
Background
Lee’s approach is characterised by it’s non-judgmental and collaborative nature. Lee focuses on working together with his clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
He tailors his therapeutic methods to meet each individual’s unique needs, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Supportive Psychotherapy and EMDR.
His areas of interest include:
• Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Lee has a particular focus on treating clients with OCD providing targeted treatment for those struggling with obsessions and compulsions.
• Anxiety Disorders
• Depression
• Trauma
• Personality Disorders
• Emotional Dysregulation

Both telehealth, phone and face to face options are available to clients.
