Philosophy & Vision
Hi, I’m Ksenia, a Clinical Psychologist specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, body image and gender identity concerns. I help my clients stop obsessing over food and heal their relationship with their body. My mission is to help people feel good in their body so they can lead a fulfilling and happy life free from diets, yo-yo weight and obsessive exercise!
As a queer immigrant with Eurasian heritage, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. I’ll never judge you and you will find safety and acceptance here. I love working with neurodivergent and LGBTIQA+ individuals, so if that’s you, you’ve come to the right place.
Services
My mission is to help as many people as possible feel at home in their body. Your relationship with yourself and your body is the only lifelong enduring relationship you will have, so might as well make the most of this vessel for your soul! My practice is respectful, LGBTIQA+ affirming, and welcoming, so you feel safe and secure to explore what's on your mind.
