Philosophy & Vision
Specialist areas: Anxiety, Depression, Men's Issues, Relationship, Sexuality, LGBTIQ+, Coaching & Personal Growth. Behind all our experiences are signals and structures which can be noticed and explored to gain insight and a call to action that can support health and wellbeing. Informed by Process work and Narrative Therapy, synthesised through the lens of many years experience as a Psychotherapist and Spiritual Seeker.
Background
My work is a fusion of diverse methodologies and practices that have displayed time-honoured efficacy. Process work and Narrative remain foundational approaches. My work is informed by many client-hours of therapy as well as a commitment to my own unfolding process. I value the spiritual aspect of our human experience, and have worked with a range of plant medicines, as well as meditation and mindfulness practice. I value the wisdom of the body and have trained in various approaches to sexuality and erotic vitality. I imbue my approach with empathy, intuition and compassion, while also valuing creativity, good humour and playfulness. A holistic approach.
Services

Therapy Approach
Supporting clients to deepen understanding of the range of influences which impact on your moment-by-moment experience of self. Provide assistance to help reveal the structures that can emerge out of seemingly complex and painful life situations. These provide a framework from which to develop strategies which impact everyday life: our relationships, career, sexuality, life choices, creativity, happiness and fulfilment.
Embodiment and Presence are core principles in my therapeutic approach. There is much wisdom in the signals and symptoms of the body, which can short-circuit many of the traditional 'talk-cure' methodologies.
