Philosophy & Vision
I believe in taking a warm, empathic, and non-judgemental stance with everyone I see. My approach is collaborative so you are seen and heard and to ensure the therapy is tailored to your individual needs, no one person is the same! I draw on trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions to explore options to address unresolved issues impacting your current life and relationships.

Additionally i have provided training, leadership and clinical supervision to Social Workers, Counsellors and Psychologists during this time.
I have extensive experience in working with victims of refugee torture and trauma, PTSD and domestic and family violence. Additionally i have extensive experience working with those experiencing or living with personality disorders, anxiety, stress, depression, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, racism and discrimination.
